aT Pawfectly Pampered we are dedicated to providing top-notch grooming services for your pets! We are a small business with a skilled team who will ensure that every pet looks and feels their best after every visit.

Grooming Cancellation Policy
Woof, woof! Life happens.
The Paw-licy (Cancellation Terms):
At Pawfectly Pampered we understand life sometimes gets in the way and that appointments can be forgotten, which is why we send a text reminder of your appointment 48 hours in advance. However, as a small business, cancellations and no-shows significantly impact our groomers. To be fair to both our team and paw-rents, we have the following guidelines:

We kindly request at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This gives us time to offer the slot to another furry friend. If you contact us in less than 24 hours notice then a cancellation fee of $50 will apply.
If you reschedule or cancel before your scheduled appointment (24 hour notice) No Charge will apply.
'No-show' to your apppointment will incur a fee of $50 as our groomer will be missing out on payment.
In the event that your groomer is unavailable, we will do our best to accommodate your fur baby with another groomer on the same day. If we are unable to do so, we will be happy to reschedule your appointment at your convenience and offer 15% off the grooming service as a courtesy for the change.
How to Cancel or Reschedule:
Cancelling or rescheduling is easy peasy! Just give us a call, we’ll do the rest:

Please provide your pet's name, appointment date/time, and reason for cancelling/rescheduling when you contact us. This will help us serve you better!
The Fine Print (but still friendly!):

Late Arrivals: Please arrive on time for your appointment. Arriving more than 20 minutes late may result in a shortened grooming session or cancellation.

Emergency Situations: We understand that emergencies happen! In such cases, please contact us as soon as possible, and we will do our best to accommodate you.

Late Pick Up: Please pick up your pet promptly at the time given to you. Pets not picked up within an hour of that time will be subjected to a $20 daycare fee. Please call to let us know if a problem occurs, we will work with you. Pets picked up after closing hours (5pm) will be subjected to a $40 fee, as we will need to stay after hours until your fur baby is picked up.

Vaccinations! (Required):
To ensure the health and safety of all pets in our care, we require that all dogs be up to date on the following vaccinations prior to their grooming appointment: Rabies, Parvovirus, and Distemper. Proof of vaccination must be provided at the time of service. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in helping us maintain a safe environment for all our furry friends.
